Synopsis

핵사고 이후의 상황을 상상하는 실험영화. 자연을 통제하려는 인간의 오랜 의지는 과학기술에 대한 맹목적 믿음을 기반으로 한다. 하지만 자연의 불예측성은 항상 인간의 예상을 벗어나고 인간의 노력이 물거품처럼 사라지는 데는 찰나의 순간이면 충분하다. 모든 자연재앙은 연쇄반응을 동반하며, 후쿠시마는 하나의 교훈이 될 수 있다. <낙진>에는 한 여성의 목소리가 등장한다. 이 목소리는 과거 소련과의 핵 전쟁에 대비하기 위해 미국관객들에게 제공하던 1960년대 <가족낙진 피난처> 영상 속 목소리이다.
It is well known that man has tried for long to control nature in all of its aspects to improve whole areas of our planet. This had leaded us to think that technology is one of the laic dogmas on which to found our future. In technology, everything depends upon the modalities and the aims for which it is used. However, nature remains unpredictable so much that the order so hardly built can be destroyed in a moment.

1968년 루카 출생. 2001년부터 설치미술, 다큐멘터리, 비디오아트 등을 통해 사회정치적 문제들을 기록해오고 있다.
Marcantonio LUNARDI was born in Lucca in 1968. Since 2001 he has been working in social and political documentation in the field of Media Art, creating installations, documentaries and video-art works.
