Synopsis

샌드 애니메이션 기법으로 만든 아름다운 영화. 어둠과 빛 사이에 자리 잡은 바다 속에는 커다란 고래가 산다. 고래가 들려주는 바다의 여러 가지 이야기들, 하지만 지금 바다는 쓰레기와 기름 유출로 몸살을 앓고 있다.
This immersive ecological tale takes us to the heart of the underwater world, between night and light, where everything happens at a different pace. Using sand as the medium of animation, the film follows the rhythm of a whale's meditations, allowing us to witness the ocean in a different way and escape into a different world.

Director 데이빗 미리암 David MYRIAM
데이빗 미리암은 1998년 처음 샌드 애니메이션을 접한 후 이를 즐겨 사용하게 되었다. 그의 작업 결과물은 프랑스를 비롯 해외 수많은 영화제에서 상영되었고, 2005년 자신의 단문과 시를 흑백 드로잉과 묶어 『해독제』라는 책을 출간하였다.
In 1998, he discovers sand animation during a training course, and enjoyed this expressive and original technique. His sand animation films have been screened at many festivals in France and abroad. In 2005 he publishes a book entitled Antidote with black
and white drawings, short stories and poems. Since 2010, he works again with black ink, for drawings, comics.
