Synopsis

에너지 과소비를 경고하는 애니메이션. 도시의 동물 시민들은 쉬지 않고 늦은 밤까지 전기를 낭비하며 살고 있다. 어느 날 밤 갑자기 괴물이 나타나자 건물들은 하나씩 빛을 잃어가고, 도시에는 한바탕 소란이 벌어진다. 도대체 전기 도둑의 정체는 누구일까?

During the sunset, there are several bears stare at the opposite bank holding hand in hand. When the sun goes down, the city lights up and then the strong backlight reflects bear in its cheek dropping down one tear. Afterward, there are unusual incidents happened one after one in the city and light disappear one by one in many houses.
